Okay im suppose to do my workout on monday but nevertheless i still do want to stick to my plan.. So yesterday i begin the gym membership @JPMC.. its really a good gym for student.. Alot of improvement must be said to gym since the last time i was there.. all the facilities is improved.. not to mention about the machine.. ITS ALL NEW!!!.. at first i didn't know what to do when i there. then i remember from the book before doing any workout, do at least 15min warm-up.. that is what i do.. well its not exactly 15min.. i did 13min to be exact.. then i want to do lower-body workout, so did the squat using a barbell (15lbs on each side) i did 3 set with 8,10 and 10 repetition.. then i go to leg press machine set the machine to 100lbs then I'm doing again 3 set with 10 repetition. Then i go to leg curl and again i set it to 100lbs and doing 3set with 10 repetition.. then i want to do the leg extension curl but this two girl really hogging the machine and by the time she finish another boy get it.. So i know this is just my pre-workout so i just do what ever that i want.. then lastly i do 5min walk on treadmill then finish it up by doing stretches.. to sum up my workout:
13min warm-up (5min walk & 8min jog)
