Day 1-Lower Body+cardio (Monday)
Day 2-Cardio (Tuesday)
Day 3-Upper Body+cardio (Wednesday)
Day 4-Rest (Thursday)
Day 5-Cardio (Friday)
Day 6-Core/Abs+Cardio (Saturday)Day 7-Cardio/Rest (Sunday)
okay this is hopefully my workout plan and i'm really determine that i will stick to it.. hopefully i can loss few kg.. my starting weight from the weight balance in the gym was 80.5kg.. my ultimate goal was to reach 65kg.. but as far as im concern i need to be 75kg before December.. amin.. so im writing this to keep me reminded everyday.. and hopefully i reach my goal..
